What we owe each other.

By creating a Mann account or using the apps or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. The Service is operated by MZEUS LABS LLP (LLPIN: ACV-7859), a limited liability partnership registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mann. You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

• Free accounts include unlimited journal entries, 1 AI reflection per day, up to 10 chat messages a week, mood tracking, and community access.
• Premium plans (₹199/mo, ₹1,699/yr) unlock a reflection from Mann on every entry (free includes 1 a day), Go Deeper prompts, unlimited chat (free is 10 messages a week), and your full Insights. Journaling itself, mood tracking, and two guided programs (21 Days of Gratitude, Sleep Journal) are free; the other programs are part of Premium.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Profile tab, which opens your app store's own subscription management; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Annual plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have made fewer than 5 journal entries. Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge.
• Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store, inside the app. We do not see your card details.

You agree not to:

• Post content in the community feed that promotes self-harm, abuse, or violence, or that targets others by identity, religion, caste, or gender.
• Use Mann to impersonate someone else, scrape or copy other users' content, or attempt to deanonymise community handles.
• Reverse-engineer the apps, attempt to extract Gemini prompts, or run automated traffic against our APIs.
• Attempt to manipulate, probe, or override the AI's instructions, or to extract its configuration ("prompt injection"). Our servers check for this, and a person reviews every match.
• Use Mann to provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services to third parties.
• Alter, obscure, or remove embedded copyright (© 2026 MZEUS LABS LLP) or trademark notices from any source files, app binaries, or distributed client assets.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules. Severe violations (illegal content, harassment, threats) may be reported to authorities.

Mann's AI reflections are generated by Google Gemini. Every entry you finish sends its full text to Gemini for a private safety check, even an entry that gets no reflection that day. Tapping Go Deeper sends your draft the same way, before the entry is finished. A finished entry can also send its full text more than once afterward: for the reflection if you get one after you save, to update what Mann remembers about you, and, if the safety check finds a crisis signal, once more to write the helpline response. On premium, viewing a finished entry Mann has already reflected on, including the screen right after you save, sends its full text one further time, as a single call that writes a longer second reflection; that one does not update what Mann remembers. None of it is stored there. These outputs are reflective prompts intended to deepen your journaling. They are not medical advice, therapy, or crisis support. Do not rely on them for clinical decisions. AI output can be wrong; treat it as a starting point, not a verdict.

AI outputs are machine-generated and unpredictable. You agree to hold MZEUS LABS LLP harmless from, and fully indemnify it against, any claim, loss, or demand that arises from your reliance on an AI suggestion. A reflection is a starting point for your own thinking. The decision to act on it is yours alone.

You own everything you write in Mann. Granting us encrypted storage doesn't transfer ownership. Posts you share to the community remain yours; by posting, you grant Mann a non-exclusive licence to display them under your anonymous handle.

“Mann” is a proprietary trademark owned by MZEUS LABS LLP. The Mann brand, logo, app design, and source code are owned by MZEUS LABS LLP and may not be copied without permission. You may not alter, obscure, or remove copyright headers, trademark marks, or notice attributions embedded in our app binaries, code, or packages.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee continuous availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mann's total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data resulting from password loss (because we cannot decrypt your entries; see the Privacy Policy).

You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms. If an automated check flags your account for attempting to manipulate the AI, a person reviews it first. After that review we may suspend or terminate the account. A suspension may also apply to the device the account was created from. Upon termination, your data is erased per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Before filing a suit, please write to us at support@mannjournal.app. We would rather talk than litigate.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to you with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
