What Mann does that The Architect does not
Price, and the free plan after the first eleven. ₹199 against $33 a month, ₹1,699 against $299 a year. After The Architect's 11 free responses the mentor replies once a week; Mann reflects once a day, with no end date.
Indian languages. The Architect works in English, Turkish and Spanish, and no Indian language. Mann writes back in eight, and was tuned for Hinglish rather than translated into it.
An app on your phone. Mann is on Google Play and the App Store. The Architect is a browser tab; its site says native apps are still in development.
Mood. The Architect says it is not for mood tracking. Mann tracks mood on every entry.
The context. When you write "Papa said the usual thing about the job", Mann does not need the usual thing explained. That is the reason it exists.
On encryption, call it even. Both encrypt on your device before storing, and both send the entry to their AI in flight to write the reply.
Where The Architect is better
Memory. Its site says the mentor reads every entry against the dated record of everything before it, and shows you your own words when this week contradicts March. Mann's reflection is written from the entry alone. Its memory sits in chat, the opening prompt and the weekly report, and reaches back about a fortnight.
A mentor that argues. The Architect pushes back, in one of four voices, and ends with a question. Mann reflects once and stops.
Any device, with the encryption intact. Your journal opens on a phone or a laptop with your twelve words, and stays encrypted through the sync. Mann's key never leaves the phone, so a second device sees nothing.
Photos, spoken replies, and export. The Architect takes photo entries, reads its replies aloud, and exports every entry as readable files on every plan.
Who each is for
Mann is for someone with nobody safe to tell. You write the thing, in whatever language it arrives in. Mann says back the sentence you buried in paragraph four, and gets out of the way. For most people reading this in India, Mann is the one to start with: it is on your phone, it is free, it stays free, and the paid plan is ₹199 a month if you ever pay.
The Architect is for someone who wants a sparring partner: a founder, an overthinker, someone circling a decision for months. You write in English, Turkish or Spanish, in a browser, and a mentor reads the whole record and argues with you.

Can I move from The Architect to Mann? The Architect says you can export every entry as readable files, on any plan. Mann has no import today. You would start fresh.
